Hi Mark – Firstly, I would like to commend you on the professionalism of your team, what starts at the top and follows through. Your dedication and obvious passion for your business, with emails on updates of product before installation is something out of the book, I don’t know of any other company that does this. Robert turned up early on Monday morning and introduced me to all the guys (and I profess I cant remember their names) They got to work early and caused no disruption to me, there were no squabbles and what struck me more about those young men apart from  being so courteous and polite, was the fact they laughed all day. They blew me away because they were so happy, hearing laughter under the house full  of cobwebs. They cleaned up after themselves, which made a change after having tradesmen in the 3 weeks prior, the painter could do with a leaf out of their book. They showed me how to work the system with pointers on how to get the best dollar value for my money in regards to temperature. Steve, the electrician arrived later in the afternoon to install the power switch and is even coming back to do another job for me in the next couple of weeks. I now bathe in  comfort in my newly heated house, makes a change from an ugly Vulcan heat one room eye sore, my puppy Banjo who kept the boys amused by undoing their shoe laces and checking on their progress under the house, doesn’t want to go outside, creature of comfort. Thank you so much, I cant wait for the neighbours to check the heating out and now I can get to work and catch up on 3 months of paper work, before I get nabbed by the tax man in my nice and warm office.  Kind Regards – Lynne – Watsonia

Thanks Mark. I’m assuming you’re my age- 40ish- so the boys are quite a bit younger. I think of myself as young except when I find myself critical of the “younger” generation. They were great! Really polite and left their shoes at the door which wasn’t really necessary as the carpet is fairly old but I appreciated the gesture. They were easy to talk to and didn’t mumble AND they were kind to our 3 little sons who are very excited when in the presence of “workmen”. I left the team at home at times while I ran some errands and had no qualms about doing so. Julie

In regards to the ‘boys’ – Well firstly, they turned up ON TIME and on the right day!! Secondly they were polite and respectful. Thirdly they stayed and did the job and finally they tolerated an extremely annoying dog!!! OH and they put the panels where we agreed they should go and THEY ARE STRAIGHT. So all in all from my perspective all went swimmingly. Which may be the case tomorrow as it raining pretty hard. But that’s OK as they will be under cover in fact under the house. Oh I do amuse myself. yes so thank you. Jane

Rob/Mark- Thanks to Adam and Reece who did a wonderful job. They arrived early, worked efficiently, cleaned up as they went and achieved a high standard of work. Particularly impressed with Adam who had an eye for detail,  detected a small gas leak and fixed it on the spot.  We would recommend your company to other potential  clients.  Thanks for everything  regards Peter & Concetta
